New client discount, loyalty reward cards, refer a friend, NHS offers, monthly offers, birthday rewards and much more.​

​

New client offers £5.00 can be used on any treatments once a review has been placed on Google. (excludes pamper parties)

​

B-Fab loyalty cards can be used on a client's next treatment once the card bas been completely filled in and will be used on next treatment (excludes pamper parties).

​

Birthday offers and introduce a friend can only be used on treatments of £30 or over (excludes facials and back purifying treatments).

​

Monthly offers will come with their own terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

​

Pamper Parties are excluded from all offers and a fixed price remains.

​

Reflexology offer, "Buy four, and get 20% off the fourth treatment" This offer cannot be booked during peak times, Saturday mornings and late afternoon after 2pm. All four treatments must be booked in advanced and used by the same individual. All treatments must be redeemed within 4 months of the first treatment. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used with any other offer. Cancellation policy applies, missed appointments or late cancellations may avoid the discount and normal charge will apply on the next booking. 

 

Cancellation and Missed appointments, at B-Fab Holistic Therapy, your time and wellbeing is important to me. To help provide the best possible service to all clients please note the following. Cancellations, We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24hr notice may incur a £5.00 fee at the discretion of the owner.

Missed appointments, without notice these are recorded and if the client misses three appointments or more, may result in a bad listing on our booking system which could affect future bookings and privileges.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against any products sold at B-fab.

​

– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry date.

​

– If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

​

– Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Deposit policy for first-time clients

​

To confirm your first appointment at B-Fab holistic therapy, 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

​​

• This deposit secures your time and helps us manage our schedule fairly.

• The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

• Please note: deposits are non-refundable for no shows or cancellations made with less than 24hr notice​.

​

After your first visit, you'll be welcome back to book future sessions without a deposit (unless otherwise stated or as part of an offer or special event).
